The https://accessmanagerelementor.com website (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Access Manager for Elementor (AME). https://accessmanagerelementor.com is offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of https://accessmanagerelementor.com constitutes your agreement to all such Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.  https://accessmanagerelementor.com is an E-Commerce Site. AME sells custom developed WordPress plugins, themes and support.

Plugin Licensing

AME products are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later.

Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.  You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.  You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use https://accessmanagerelementor.com strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of the Site, you warrant to AME that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. You may not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use and enjoyment of the Site. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the property of AME or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices, legends or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not make any changes thereto.

You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the Site. AME content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You will use protected content solely for your personal use, and will make no other use of the content without the express written permission of AME and the copyright owner. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of AME or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.

Payments and Price Changes

Membership subscription products: Some products purchased through https://accessmanagerelementor.com are actually memberships that give the purchaser product updates and support for a period of one year from the time of purchase. These membership products and licenses will automatically renew one year from the date of purchase. You can cancel your renewal at anytime during the course of the year. See Refund Policy for details if you wish to cancel and refund within 14 days from purchase.  

Details of AME license subscriptions:  Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually on the anniversary of the original purchase. The license renewal will continue and remain valid every year (1 year) unless the subscription is cancelled prior to the renewal date. If you choose to cancel your subscription you will no longer receive updates and support for the product and service after your license expires. 

Manual yearly purchased products: Some products are purchased for the period of one year and come with product updates and support for one year from the time of purchase. After a year from the time of purchase the customer is required to manually renew their license in order to continue to receive updates and support.

Price changes: AME reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, prices of all products or subscriptions, including annual subscription fees, at any time with or without notice. Such notice may be provided at any time by posting the changes to the AME Terms and Conditions. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Refund Policy

We are committed to customer satisfaction and will consider refund requests within the initial 14 days of your original purchase. Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of AME and are subject to specific conditions outlined below.

Refund requests may take up to 2 weeks to process. All refunds will be granted at the sole discretion of AME. Absolutely no refunds will be given after 14 days from the original purchase.

For annual subscription renewals, refunds are only available within the initial 14 days from the original purchase date. Customers must cancel their subscription before the renewal date to be eligible for a refund. Refunds are not offered after the renewal date.

In order for a refund to be considered the following terms must be met:

• You are within the first 14 days of the purchase of the plugin. 
• Your issue(s) comes from the plugin not working as intended. 
• You have contacted support and tried to work out a resolution to the issue

Issues caused by 3rd party plugins and themes or other software will not provide grounds for a refund.

Please note that by purchasing the plugin, you agreed to the terms & conditions of use including the Refund Policy.  We reserve the right to change or modify the current refund policy with no prior notice.

Lifetime Product Plans

We may sell lifetime plan on products that provide the customer a lifetime license, support and updates on the product purchased.  Lifetime is for the life of the development of the product.

Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available to license holders who have an active and valid subscription and license key. You may not share or resell access to your support license key.  Upgrades are provided for a period of 12 months from the time of purchase. After 12 months the license will need to be renewed (yearly or subscription type purchases) in order to continue receiving support and product upgrades.

Support

Support is offered to customers with a valid active AME product license key.  Support, updates and plugin downloads are granted for 12 months after the original purchase. After the 12 months is completed, the purchaser must renew their license in order to continue receiving support, updates, and access to download plugin files for the items purchased.  We do not offer support for 3rd party WordPress plugins.

Links To Other Web Sites

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by AME.  AME has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services. You further acknowledge and agree that AME shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods or services available on or through any such web sites or services.  We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party web sites or services that you visit.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.  All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.  We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.  Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.  All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.  What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.  By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
